We popped in for breakfast. My husband chose the larger breakfast and I had the Full English. My goodness! It was really good - beautifully cooked and lots of it. Piping hot too. The hash browns were amazing. Great service, very friendly and helpful. They have a 5* food rating, just a shame the surroundings are a bit tired. Would definitely recommend the food.

The service and quality of food is always excellent, we usually have a table of 10 or more and the food is served together and hot. It doesn’t matter how busy the staff are they are always friendly and helpful. The management are always working and helping the team which is great to see.

Friendly staff and they are very helpful. Very clean pub. Food good. Children Friendly with an external play area. Dog friendly in bar area. On a pleasant day or evening, nice outside seating area. Alcoholic and non Alcoholic beverages available and kept well.

Great pub atmosphere and a very friendly welcome from Richard and his staff. Noticed how much cleaner and brighter it looks since Richard has taken over. Bit of refurbishment needed as toilets are dated and there is exterior dilapidation. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Great place for a quick bite of genuine pub grub. Nice to sit outside on a hot day with lake views. Changing my food review to 1 star. Went for a curry and a pint and was given what looked like dried dog food.
