The Woodheys Club is a private members club with a friendly atmosphere set in a beautiful building, with three bars and three full size snooker tables which are well maintained and also have an area set aside for the darts team to play on the Manchester boards (log End). The snooker room has years of memories of past and present President's photo's on the wall and also the trophies which have been won for snooker and darts.
The Woodheys Club has two evenings a week where members come along to have a friendly game of bingo, which takes place in our front room. Also on a monthly basis we have a fun and entertaining Saturday evening Quiz Night.
The Club's bar staff are friendly, dedicated and welcoming to all who visit the club. Visitors and new members will find the notice board at the entrance of the club which will inform everyone of forth coming events and any announcements.

Not sure anyone here knows how to clean the lines properly. They either forgot to flush the cleaner out or worse, haven't ever cleaned them. Flat beer and even flatter conversation from the yokels
Great friendly venue, two rooms available for parties, wedding receptions, christenings, even business meetings. The front room is bright, airy and recently decorated, with its own bar and lots of natural light although it transforms into a great party room when the curtains are closed and you plug your disco lights in! The back room is not as plush but it has a dance floor, plenty of tables and its own bar too. We transformed it with a few balloons, some tinsel and blue fairy lights! As the venue has no kitchen facilities, you will have to sort out your own catering, but we have found that a great solution for budget events, especially as the bar prices are so reasonable. It is a members club but they take outside bookings. Well worth taking out annual membership though as the snooker room in the back is great! Emma, the Manager, is always extremely helpful and the members are very friendly. Even when we're singing karaoke at he tops of our voices in the next room!
it's a good old fashioned drinking club, like stepping back in time, love the old day's ? it's the place to visit ! Great beer and cheap, snooker, chest darts or cards, all the natives are friendly and the staff are good, with 3 or 4 bar's even when busy you can served quickly, been to a couple of birthday party's there and had a good time.
