About us

Welcome to our Club

Thank you for visiting the Woldingham Village Club website. We hope you spend a few minutes browsing our website to learn more about our Club and village or just to find the information you need.

The Woldingham Village Club is located in the heart of Woldingham, a small village in the Surrey Hills, a designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', in southern England in the United Kingdom.

The Club has changed a great deal over the last 102 years since its foundation in 1920 and has thrived in good times as well as survived in bad times. Yet the underlying principles of voluntary, not for profit, service to the Woldingham community have not changed. The Club still depends on the support and generosity of the people of Woldingham and surrounding districts as well as those who volunteer their services for free.

If you're not a Club member already, we hope that you will consider joining the Club and become a regular visitor and supporter of the Woldingham Village Club. There will always be a warm welcome for you, your family and friends.

And, don’t forget to bookmark our website on your browser and sign up to receive regular Club email alerts of forthcoming events. You can do this by clicking on the button 'Join the Club's mailing list' in the footer below. You don't even have to be a Club member to receive email alerts.

A warm and friendly local club where all visitors are made to feel welcome. The club has wide and well stocked bar at very competitive prices. Food is available particularly at weekends and is renowned for a good selection of home made meals provided by Julie's Kitchen. The club is family friendly and has a large garden too. Club is open every evening, early Saturdays and all day Sundays.

Would highly recommend the Club membership (£30 a year) as Neil and Julie run a welcoming, professional and amazing club/pub. We have visited here for a quick drink to a big meal and most recently hired the club to celebrate my birthday. A hidden gem!

A good local club. Real beer, food and regular events. Great garden for children with toys, outdoor seating and a ferret.

This is a nice and quite place where you have drinks and at the same time you can have a nice conversation. You do not need to scream and shout as in the most pubs. The place was recently renovated and has few large screen tv's where you can watch sports as well as choice of games and play billiards. There is a beer garden where you can enjoy cigar along with nice scotch. The parking is on a smaller side but still enough to accommodate perhaps 15 cars. I truly enjoy spending time at this place. You can watch football and play snooker too

Came here with my family for lunch recently. Which was a big group of people. A couple of us ordered some steaks and asked for it to be cooked medium rare, more on the rare side. And it came out just so over cooked! It couldn’t be eaten as it was so dry. Which we let the waitress know and asked for something else instead. Which really wasn’t what the problem was in the end.. The manager came over and suggested that we was lying about what we had asked for and what we had received. Which I was bit shocked by to be honest. And asked if we’d like him to bring them back so we can look at them ‘as we got what we asked for!’.l and they were still out in the kitchen. Acting this way was completely unnecessary and has made us think twice about coming back unfortunately. Which is shame for them as we would of kept returning regularly as a big family.
