Awful place! If you are female and chat to males you will (Eventually after receiving a nasty email get barred). The beer is good.

Haven't been there for ages. So thought I'ld try different pint .Asked for a small taster. Decided on the pint and was given ... 4/5 of a pint! Asked to have it topped off and was told by the barman that I've already had the taster! Didn't bother with a second pint:(real shame.)
Great little micro with cosy beer garden. Cask beer was nice and cool. Landlady is a character.
Pretty much the best kept ale in Southampton. Mary is delightful. What was really interesting is the fact that every customer that walked through the door said hello to me. Great pubs attract nice people. Cheers! 🍻
