Sue and her team, along with new chef Michael welcome you to The Owl.
The Owl is a traditional country pub in Kingsfold – a small hamlet in beautiful, green West Sussex, situated halfway between the market towns of Dorking and Horsham.
The first thing you’ll notice when step foot in our pub (aside from the very warm welcome!) is the building’s beautiful wooden beams and flagstone floors that give the pub its charming character.
Inside you can cosy up in front of our log burning fire, try some homely food and choose from our wide range of drinks, including a great selection of wines and real ales, featuring guests from local breweries.
If you prefer (and the weather is up to it), you can pick a spot in our extensive garden seating area and enjoy whatever food and drink takes your fancy.

My first time here, but I liked it. The Vietnamese prawn curry was just to my liking, spicy and not too hot. Good, different ales which made a nice change. Friendly service. I marked it down a bit on 'atmosphere' - which is maybe a bit harsh - but the place was almost empty. It's nicely decorated and very clean but was a Thursday evening so it's probably a sign of the times now. Not the fault of the pub. Large car park. I enjoyed the place and would definitely go back another time.
Me and my bf both went for burgers, we chose a different one each and then cut our burgers in half so we could try both the flavours - both burgers were delicious! We had the cheese & bacon burger and the stilton with garlic mushroom burger. The pricing for what we had was excellent, 10/10 would recommend and come again!

Lovely pub! Super friendly staff. Very smiley and chatty. Food was great. Very good portion. Lots of flavour. Really cute dogs everywhere as it’s a dog friendly venue.
Located on a busy road. Plenty of parking available on site. Place is nice and food was good. Chicken Thali was value for Money. Scampi was good. Bar snacks were great. Pudding and cake were yummy. Staff were nice
