Visited today for Lunch. The service was amazing as was the food. We were served by a lovely waitress called Claire who was very attentive, polite, efficient and could not do enough for us. Claire was able to answer our questions about the menu and always had a smile. The food was piping hot and delicious so compliments also go to the chefs. We were welcomed on arrival by a lovely member of staff who was polite and very welcoming making our visit all the more enjoyable. I will recommend to family and friends. Thank you
🥗🍟🍗🍺Visited with a friend for lunch this week and was hosted by a welcoming waitress. Cajun chicken pitta bread, fries and a visit to the salad bar for us both with a discount offer for the lunch deal. Very nice food and service was prompt. Also a soft drinks refill option but glass so big didn't need to. Pleasant ambience, clean and well organized, I'd recommend especially with the convenience of easy parking that's also free.
New refurbishment is amazing! They have done a really good job at updating while still keeping that cosy, family friendly atmosphere. Windsor Lad would not be the same without Paul, always happy to see us and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is always great here and I love the new twist on my personal favourite ’The simply Chicken’. Always our first choice for birthdays, celebrations and a cheeky weekend treat!
We had a great time, we booked for a birthday occasion and Josh was the perfect server. He whole attitude screams customer service, so kind and so approachable. Truly made our little party one to remember 👏 well done Josh, we need more people like you around
A straight forward meal was enjoyed by 8 of us. A Saturday night meal enhanced by helpful staff. Everything was simply handled and the meal was a great success.
