Hello Everyone, The sun is shining, the temperature is on the up and Spring is just round the corner. I hope you are all feeling a lot happier especially as the dark nights are getting lighter.
Otelli’s Kitchen.
I expect all our regulars will know that Mike and Fiona are taking a well earned break this Month. They are expected back in two weeks time. While they are away we have a Chef coming in on Monday’s to provide light lunches and provide food for the Valentine’s Dance.
During that time repairs are going to be carried out on the Kitchen floor.
Membership
If you haven’t renewed your Membership, I’m afraid you will have to pay the full price and fill out a form. Also pick up a Parking Permit. You will of course have to pay full price for drinks, until you become a Member!

AGM on 2nd March 2023
Gentle reminder....you can only attend the AGM if you show your valid membership at the door.
Coronation
The Coronation Draw is up and running and the Draw will take place on Saturday 13th May.
We will be having Live Music on Saturday 6th May.
If you would like a BBQ, Race Night, Quiz or anything else that weekend please let me know. How about a Eurovision Party?
QUIZ NIGHT
We are looking for a volunteer Quizmaster to take over our monthly quiz night. Any Takers???
Skittles Evening
We are having a Skittles Evening on Friday 24th February! This has been organised by The Bowlers and I have been to one and they are good fun.
So I suggested that the rest of the Club should take them on!! So we will put up a form, pop your names on and decide what you would like for a basket meal. It doesn’t matter if you’re hopeless at it, because I am too. It’s a laugh and I would rather make a fool of myself in front of friends.

LAURIE OWEN.
Laurie’s funeral is on Wednesday 22nd February at Test Valley Crematorium. Ridge Lane, Romsey SO51 6AB. His Wake will be held here at the Club.
We also have sadly learnt of the passing of Rose Turffrey and Sue Ellis.
We send our condolences to their families and friends. ******************************************************************************************
On my wanderings around the Club, I became very surprised to find that a lot of people had no idea who was on the Committee! We are there for YOU! There is a list by the main door and you will find some of us around the Club just about every day. Just come and introduce yourself! We do like to get to know our Members.
