We stumbled across this pub after visiting Stonehenge. We searched for dog friendly pubs and this came up. We were treated by a lovely man who said that they reserve tables for people with dogs. The food was awesome, served in good time and piping hot. I went a bit mad and had a steak and ale pie, baked camembert and bread, cheesy chips and the crispy chicken burger.... I did share. The food was very tasty and the pie was brilliant as was the rest. Will be back for sure.
I had the BEST Sunday roast Fully cooked but still crunchy veggies, homemade gravy with hints of rosemary and perfectly cooked, still warm sirloin steak. The service was amazing and fast. 10/10
We were on our way home to surrey. Sitting in traffic I spotted this pub. Soooo glad we stopped. I had bangers and mash. Mark had chicken burger. So much more than a normal chicken burger! I would come back. Its a must stop!
This is a decent pub with great food. The staff here were really friendly and the place kept clean. This pub is located right on the main road which means it is easy to find if on the way home and fancy a stop off. We visited at the end of Lunchtime service which meant there were a few items on the menu that had ran out. The food we had though was lovely.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Bell Inn, located a mere five minute drive from the iconic Stonehenge. As soon as I walked through the door, I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere of the pub, and was greeted with a warm smile from the friendly staff. As I perused the menu, I couldn't help but be impressed by the great value for money, with a range of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I decided to try the burger, and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations! The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy and packed with flavour. The accompanying toppings were fresh and added an extra layer of texture to the dish. Not only was the food outstanding, but the location of the pub is simply breathtaking. Nestled near the world-famous Stonehenge, the Bell Inn boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside. It's the perfect rural retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. All in all, I would highly recommend the Bell Inn to anyone looking for a delicious meal, great value for money, and a picturesque setting. The staff were attentive and accommodating, the food was exceptional, and the location was simply breathtaking. I can't wait to return and try the other dishes on the menu!
