A lovely pub in Malborough. We're South Africans and spotted Bunny Chow with Durban curry on the menu and just to try it. We were not disappointed. I had the soup of the day which was also very good.
Some dishes very overpriced. I opted for a starter off the bar menu as I wanted a light meal but don't think I've ever paid so much (£9.50) for so little food. I was given a larger portion when I complained but it took the enjoyment away. Disappointing.
Wonderful pub boutique accommodation, the room was great. Complimentary water (in classy glass bottles), tea selection, fluffy towels, comfortable bed, wonky floor and staff service all were excellent, thank you😀👍
Had a great experience. Much better than I expected. The room was gorgeous large and had an amazing sleep. Also loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the pub. Much appreciation to Lilly the bar staff that made us feel very welcome and was a great host. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
Managed to get a last minute booking for a Sunday lunchtime. Perfect location on the high street with a huge quiet garden. They even had undercover areas to dash under for the rain showers. Staff were friendly and helpful.
