We are a small Pub, Hotel, located about 5 mins from junction 26 on the M62, about halfway between Liverpool & Hull. We have 10 en-suite bedrooms all with television & tea & coffee facilities.
We have a Coffee Shop for Breakfasts, snacks & light lunches, and we think, we serve the Best Coffee in the area. May I suggest a Latte.
We have a Restaurant which serves Aimee's Traditional Home Cooked food both English & Spicy. Just like our Aimee!
We also have the Bar serving at least 5, well kept, Traditional Hand Pulled Beers plus a good choice of Draught Lagers, Ciders & of course Draught Guinness.
For the Sports Fans we also Have Sky Sports & BT Sports. For the more energetic we have a Pool table, Table Football, & Darts.

Sadly the place is now shut - a great loss to the pub scene in Cleck.
Was a great local. Spent many years here. Shame it's now shut.
Went here with friends for a few drinks had a good night. Just a shame its closing Xmas eve.
Great old school pub. Tim Taylor's beer, jukebox, pool table, plenty of space. Unfortunately, fuel costs may mean closure, so use it or lose it.
Had a great stay here while attending a local training centre. It’s simply a traditional old school boozer with lots of rooms. The rooms are dated and yes, could be refurbished, but then you simply would be getting it for the price that you do. Single occupancy in an en-suite with towels provided for £30 is decent value. I’d been in a BnB prior to this place, but it was nice to get some privacy. I didn’t get breakfast included as I was out early in the mornings for training. Only had a couple bottles from the bar to take to my room, but they were good and reasonably priced. There’s a decent sized car park to the front too with easy access to the hotel. I’ll be returning and would recommend to others.
