Took 50 mins for food to arrive when it did it was cold, brioche bun was so hard I couldn't bite into it and the burger was burnt Staff were rude service was poor no apology, I asked for no ice and was told 'well we don't have any anyway' won't be going there again. Politeness and hospitality goes a long way.

As we walked in, the two ladies behind the bar looked at us as if we were from some other planet. The "What the hell are they doing here?" facial expression. We asked for a table for two. They said the kitchen was closed. It was half past seven on Friday night. We are not royalty and do not require special attention, but we do require basic hospitality.

Tyler served us our food which was delicious. Excellent service, positive communication and customer service. Thank you. Bridie served drinks, very welcoming and polite. Greeted my grandson with such care and respect. Gave him the opportunity to give his order independently. Excellent customer care. Great service. Thank you

The staff are so kind here and really appreciative of customers! We were asked if the food was good and it certainly was! Such good value especially at lunch time! See some photos below to really see how great the food looks, and the portion sizes are great! I would only say the toilets need some TLC but the booths are great and the outside garden is beautiful! Will be coming here again!

Good food and friendly service. We had a long wait of about 45 mins for food but the staff informed us of that, and we did have a table of 10. The food was served hot and delicious and good portion sizes! There was a nice relaxed atmosphere and we didn't feel rushed to leave. Good place for families and friends.
