Attended an evening meeting with dinner, good central location with parking right outside. Food was great and freshly prepared, lots of room in the hotel on the upper floors. Great option if you are in the Duns area

Came with 9 biking mates booked 7 rooms Best value for money you can imagine £51 single room with breakfast rooms were big with ensuite now back for a 4 night stay 2 weeks later with the wife
Something gad gone wrong with booking through agoda, however staff went over and beyond to help us resolve it. Very clean environment for this type of booking, vert impressed about the whole experience
Walked in, our puppy barked (other two dogs were quiet, but he'd been unnerved by another dog) & one of the locals stood at the bar loudly suggested we control it or leave. One little bark & the pub has just lost 4 meals tonight & possible return business for the rest of the week. Not staying if that is the attitude.
