A local in the centre of the village that was re-opened in late 2014 under new management. It comprises an open-plan main lounge with a smaller adjoining games room to the rear. The interior is simply but comfortably furnished. In addition to the real ales, real cider may also be available in the summer. A competition and quiz is held on Sundays. Children are welcome until 7pm.
Went in Sunday (28:11:24 )good atmosphere looks felt like pubs used to be
Village Public House full of characters and usually buzzing , people and staff friendly.
You know it was a challenging night when you are asked to admit to and rate your presence in the Mucky Duck. The fact that I still have two ears and no tattoos tells me that I kept it in the vicinity of real though. Innit?
Lovely family run pub with amazing staff and friendly atmosphere . Land lady and lord very welcoming and make you feel apart of the place . Good nights out highly recommend.
Went in Saturday morning just for one drink but ended up leaving at around 5 o,clock. Good atmosphere and the staff are attentive, watched the football and made a couple of new friends, there is a smoking area on the side and a few tables and chairs outside...you could call this a local.
