Enjoyed a pint on the way home from work.
Returned to the Folk club after years of absence. Enjoyed the night while having a sing with others. Hope the pub remains open always in these dark economic times to provide a social hub for people.
It was fairly quiet when we went but we will be back. Beer very nice 👌
Went for a folk night which was fabulous! Set apart from the main pub in another room it was a great friendly atmosphere and plenty of comfy seats for all Ordered a red wine from the bar. There was just one choice in a one serve mini bottle which was okay and a decent price. There wasn't a great selection of ales but standard offerings on tap. The bar server with pink hair was really pleasant, polite and happy to help. Photo: Grab it & Bang!!
Love this place, great ale at good, honest prices. Friendly locals, access to sports and hosts a great music night on the last Friday of each month for the bargain price of £3. Highly recommended
