The White Horse is a small, friendly and community based pub just off main road between Salisbury and Wilton. We have a traditional homemade menu with a Daily Specials Board. Vegetarian and Wheat Free options are available. Where possible all our food is sourced locally.
We serve a variety of cask ales, not all at once (!), and aim to have source many of these as locally as possible. So far we have stocked Flacks, Sixpenny Brewery, Salisbury and, or course, the ever popular Doom Bar. Recently we have added a cask cider to our range - Thatcher's Heritage.
To the side of the pub is a large garden and games are available if requested at the bar. We also have a function room, The Loft, with optional skittle alley and bar. From Spring to Autumn a marquee is available for larger functions. This can accommodate 100+ people.
We would love you to come and join us for games in the garden, or inside if it is wet, darts or just a quiet read of the paper.

We had Sunday lunch at the White Horse. The pub is lovely as are the staff. The vegetarian nut loaf was fantastic, probably as the chef is a vegetarian. Plus I had the lamb which was beautifully soft and suckulent. The veggies were great. Perfect roasties. Topped of with fantastic desserts. Really recommend it as a great place for a Sunday roast.
Thanks for making the village pub a family friendly pub again. Now it gives us more reason to go often. Thanks for the lovely food and service and things to keep our little one entertained. We will definitely recommend!
Lovely village pub, serves food but we didn't have any on this occasion, but we will definitely go in and have some, we had 2 drinks each. Was very peaceful and great customer service. Thank you.
Great pub with delicious food. We stayed in Salisbury and were looking for a good local pub for our dinner. The pub is cozy, full of locals, the staff is friendly, the food is really tasty and the prices are fair. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.
I recently had Sunday lunch at the White Horse and it was an excellent experience. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The setting was beautiful, with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy the meal. The service was also top notch. Our waitress, Bella, was friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I highly recommend the White Horse for anyone looking for a great place to have Sunday lunch. The food, setting, and service were all excellent and I will definitely be back.
