We recently had the carvery, I had the nut roast which was tasty and my partner had the turkey which he enjoyed. The Yorkshire pudding was lovely too. Good customer service and pleasant atmosphere.
Thursday's is two steaks for £25 day. And we both certainly enjoyed them. Cooked well! Nice service and as you can see plenty of food on the plate.
A really cute hidden gem of an English pub. Visited on a detour to avoid the M5 while going down to Cornwall and it was just lovely. So much charm, friendly staff and patrons. And there's a chameleon there!
A great carvery made even better by lovely staff and a warm log fire. The food was lovely with a good section of veg. The beef was a bit chewy but I’m sure the staff would have let me swap it had I asked.
Lovely welcoming staff. Food was good. Choice of 2 meats from the carvery(can have both if you wish) limited menu for those not wanting carvery but it was worth having!
