Lovely place to have a meal. Food was just amazing very tasty and very friendly and and clean
We can across this pub on our way between campsites, friendly welcome although pretty empty when we arrived (probably time of day and midweek) Food was quick and very good. They also provided us with a bowl of water for the dog 🐶 I only wanted something small so went with one of the basket meals and there was a secret stash of nuggets in that basket 😊
In the area looking at vehicles up from Cornwall. Stopped off here and the food was absolutely amazing, freshly cooked, hot great prices. Would love to come again if it wasn't so far. Also great bags of local cakes on the bar for just £2. Very happy.
Excellent Sunday lunch! Gluten-free chips always available (skin-on and tasty, cooked in separate frier) along with options of gluten-free fish, gluten-free risotto, steak and occasionally duck. Unfortunately, these are not labelled yet on the menu but the chef was very helpful. Good value for money, tasty food!
Lovely lunch on the way back from a camping trip. Food was lovely - our party had the sirloin steak, ham egg & chips, and lamb shank. The staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly and happy to do anything for you. A lovely pub with great food and a nice atmosphere
