What a place in the middle of nowhere village, landlord, landlady have service to the highest level, nothing too much trouble, excellent works function, and loads of beers and fun
When we ordered our meal , the burger was very small. Even though it was supposed to be a large burger, the chips were cold . The steak and ale pie were very salty ....not very good. The wine was overpriced .
Great place David and his wife, son and daughter ensure that you have a good experience at their place. Excellent worthy also of their Camra award. Well done .
Excellent range of cask ales, from small to medium sized breweries on offer. Plenty of local walks and other attractions nearby plus friendly staff, make this well worth a visit.
The perfect country inn; amazing food with a vibrant rustic atmosphere. Dave is the landlord that everyone wished they had and the staff are also second to none. I highly recommend the malbec there it is just so smooth and full of flavour. This is definitely now our new local. Would give 6 stars if I could.
