Chris and Anna (the owners), Andy (Manager), Phil (Head Chef) and all the staff at The Wheatsheaf in Crick offer a warm welcome to everyone visiting our traditional village pub, restaurant and B&B.
We are a traditional English pub at heart, serving local and national real ales and draught ciders, as well as a carefully chosen selection of wines and a variety of spirits and soft drinks.
Our bar area has a variety of sofas, chairs and tables to make a welcoming, sociable space that is the soul of a village pub.
As a free house, we have the luxury of choosing which real ales we serve. We try to choose local breweries where possible, but there are some old favourites from further afield that we cannot resist.

Absoloutely fantastic staff, service and food. Cannot recommend highly enough. Had a bbq burger on the specials board and it was delicious.
Shame, went for a family meal on Christmas Eve, food was great all enjoyed! Service was shocking! Firstly we were accused several times of miss ordering, to the point we doubted ourselves only to finally to receive an apology that we had ordered correctly, table service was none existent and unfortunately the staff seemed disinterested throughout our meal. We made the best of it and had a great time as the food was good. They may have had an off day but doubt I'll go again!
Great stay, staff very warm and friendly. Had a lovely evening meal stayed in a comfy room . Breakfast was over done as we were the only table having breakfast at the time it should have been perfect did speak to the waiter and explained would defiantly visit again
A lovely pub / diner set in a lovely village. All the staff were very friendly and the food delicious. The only reason I have knocked 1 star off was the fact that they let dogs into the restaurant area. Not very hygienic and the dog kept barking which was a little annoying. Would definitely go back though as this was hopefully just a one-off.
Great pub, we were on a Narrowboat for the week and stopped at Crick. Went into 2 pubs close to each other and the Wheatsheaf won out for us to sit at and take a load off. Nice staff and a good selection of drinks. Great selection of meals from bar meals to full size restaurant style meals. We went with a selection from the bar meals and were not disappointed, great flavours and a reasonable size. The perfect meal for a late afternoon while enjoying a cold drink watching the world go by. If we come back through Crick would not hesitate stopping in here again.
