Went for a Sunday roast two weeks in a row whilst on holiday in the area. Great selection of veggies to go with it, and a delicious nutroast for vegetarians. Friendly staff too.
Went for a carvery and had a choice of turkey, beef and gammon. Good selection of vegetables. Good service. My mum had a syrup sponge with custard after and it was lovely. Music not too loud either which was good.
Staff were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. However, once we'd ordered food (and eaten it) that was it. No one came to check back on us. Okay, I understand not everywhere does that, but our plates were on the table for over 45 minutes after we'd finished. We even stacked them to make it easier, being in the industry ourselves. Having said that, the food was so delicious I'm only taking off one star as you really should try this place. I wanted to take a picture of my beautifully presented meal but sadly lacked the self control to not eat it straight away.
