Nice pub with very friendly and helpful staff. Menu has some nice variety to choose from and a decent cuppa too. Very dog friendly, with free dog blanket which was nice for our old hound. Visited a few times since, still as good and some more dishes enjoyed!
Just finishing off our Sunday lunch and can’t be more complimentary about the food and service. Amazing burgers. Terry the landlord very welcoming and friendly. Will be back again next Sunday!
Cracking village pub serving a wide range of food and drink. Car park and easy access entrance ensures buggies, wheelchairs and drivers are all accommodated. We visited during Christmas and had a large friends and family reunion. The staff were efficient and friendly and kept the whole venue clean and well serviced. Thank you for accommodating such a large group and we will be back!
We eat here regularly because it's good value for money, the food is good and the staff always pleasant. However we went here for dinner on Christmas Day this year and they took everything to another level, the food was faultless and plenty of it and the staff couldn't have made the day any better. Cannot praise them enough amazing and thank you.
Went here for lunch the other day. There were no staff present for the first five minutes we were there so we went and sat down at a table. When staff came out we were told that if we wanted food we should have waited at the front, although the gentleman admitted that he didn't have a sign saying this. Ordered two burgers, they were tasty although the burger itself could have done with more seasoning. Portion sizes for the price were not too bad. Would visit again but perhaps in the evening when there was a bit more atmosphere and more staff around.
