At the Wheatsheaf we are very proud of our quality real ales, and selection of lagers. We have one of the largest beer gardens in Thornbury.
Our food offering is all prepared fresh to order, and we have a vast range of VEGAN and vegetarian meals, all homemade by landlady Honey. We also serve a range of Homemade curries, chillis and pies.

Beer was good. Disappointing bar staff . Very uninspiring longe . Will not be returning
We had a nice meal. It’s a great pub. Staff and pub goers very friendly and helpful. Will visit again when next in the area.
Good old fashioned traditional pub. Great home cooked food, especially sunday lunch. Dog friendly, sports on tv one side posh lounge the other, pool tables, skittle alley, large garden, and friendly atmosphere
4 of us have had the best Sunday lunches in a lovely pub with great service from all members of staff. Very reasonably priced considering that the quality of the food is outstanding.
Went to this pub with my wife what a wonderful local pub . Excellent service so friendly. Had a 2 course sunday dinner Could not fault it infact it's probably the best I've had in a very long time . Will be back soon
