Last time I went to this place I said I'd never go back. Such rude staff. The manager was unfriendly on the door. The waitress ignored me 3 times. I ordered nachos that were so small for £15 I made a comment to her saying 'This looks more like a starter size ?' She rudely replied "What do you want me to do about it? that's the size! it's not my problem, if you have one talk to a manager" then walked off. She then came back later with my drinks order and got it wrong twice. She then slammed the drinks on the table. The table next me and behind both heard and said she was rude to them too and people have often complained about her. I was so disgusted and shocked that a venue could have staff like that. The other waitress was lovely and apologised for Erika's behaviour. Awful waitress. She seemed more interested in flirting with the men. She then insulted my friend in the smoking area and accused him of smoking a joint and threatened to kick him out. He was smoking a roll up tobacco cigarette!! This girl should NOT be working in hospitality!!! The food was so awful. Ruined my night and waste of money. I sadly had to go back to this venue 2 months ago. The place was dirty. The toilets hadn't been cleaned and the staff were still horrendous. Terrible place. Doesn't even deserve one star.

We had our Christmas party here! The chicken wing's combo was brilliant, and the slider burgers were amazing as well. The bar staff were excellent and very accommodating.

Sorry, practically no service as you order all automatically scanning the bar code. £11 for cafe is too much. Very clean and nice place 👌

Visited with two friends who were treating me for my birthday. Early afternoon so not busy. I had the steak and chips. Would have had the fish and chips but one of my friends had the last one. Both well cooked and tasty. Downside, no bitter and no ales. No british beer at all in a British pub! Also out of many soft drinks hence the ratings. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Food delivered in a timely manner.

Westwood Sports Pub & Kitchen Ariel Way, London W12 7HB Date visited : 10th April 2023 If you want to watch some live sports with food and drinks Westwood Sports Pub & Kitchen is the place to be... I recently visited the Westwood Sports Pub & Kitchen to catch-up with friends and watch some live sporting action (British GT championship) Overall it was an good experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting. The staff were so friendly and welcoming ..I think I was the first one at the place and then the within an hour the place was getting a lot of footfall... Speaking to the staff I also discovered that it's has a bit of America history/theme and it's part of ETM group that as a collection of eclectic venues across London (Awaiting for Invite to Review Them All ;) As we all had different drinks and food to order the staff was knowledgeable about all the different drinks and food options. I was delighted to find the Westwood Sports Pub & Kitchen showing live sports British GT championship along with championship football and you all the other live sports .. , it was great to be able to watch the games while enjoying a few drinks and some great food. The food choices were amazing, with a great selection of snacks and meals . The drinks selection was also great, with a good range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I especially liked that they were offering a free kids meal with parents order, it made it very affordable for visitors to enjoy a meal with the family. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend a visit to watch some live sports with food and drinks at Westwood Sports Pub & Kitchen
