The bar staff there let fully grown men push women around in their pub it’s disguising how the bar staff act so immature letting people gang up on a girl on her own I will be reporting them also for serving after hours, they are lucky I haven’t rang the police because I really want to.
Walked in mid day and used the toilet before ordering. Woman who runs it shouted at me - assumed I was just using the toilet. So I did. No way I’d stay for a drink after that attitude. Reading other reviews I can see I’m not the only one who this has happened to.
Really nice traditional place. Copper top tables with back seats and buffets. Staff - young lady that served us was so friendly and knew are drinks after 1st serve. Pool table plenty of seating and outdoor seating too
Food not on. Overall good pub, plenty of draught choices in the beer. Nice pub. Nice beer garden.
What an awful place! Walked in to buy a drink and some food and before I could even fully open the door the woman running the bar screams at me and says you can’t just use the toilet?! Then went on some some rant about us being disrespectful. I just wanted a drink…
