Went to an afternoon 80th party good disco for our age group for was very good too
Worst experience ever, went to a surprise 40th birthday party here yesterday and one of the staff members here was so rude I think his name was Mick, we asked him if he could turn the lights off as it was a suprise and he got funny about it telling us we would have to ask someone else to do it because he wouldn’t, at one point at the party my girlfriend went to the bar and he said he wouldn’t serve her even though she bad ID and he said if she wouldn’t move from the bar he would kick her out, and at the end of the party be set the fire alarm off to remove use from the building and he was physically touching us and pushing us to get out, I also found out he was fired from his last job at the Plantation pub up Middleton as they did not like him because of his attitude, but I do want to sag a massive thank you to the other staff including Adam he was amazing 👍
I run Slimming World groups here Friday 9.30 & 11.00am. Frankie and the staff are amazing, they're very helpful and really look after myself and my members. The venue is perfect for me and there concert room looks fantastic
booked a room the lounge came to bring food down had to walk through the smokers door with tabs all over ask bar staff too open other door near room she said she could not from party starting they did nothing but moan about different things mostly music too loud had people coming in moaning to me all time putting downer on my party it spoilt it the plug was faulty were the dj was playing the music the lights and everything went off i think they turned it off as they was playing bingo in other room and moaning about music i would not advise any body to book a room there it spoilt my night did last orders in the lounge 10.45 and told dj to turn off when they was still open other side i got told last orders would be 11pm and dj could play until 11,30 as long as we all was out before 12midnight cos that is that time other people leave in other room,no stars but had to put the 1 cos it would not let me post with none
