Had a lovely meal tonight service was amazing so nice to see some new faces and talent wanna give a shout out to kelly D and Joe behind the bar they both made our night 🖤 but we still love Carrie the long standing staff 🖤 after this I think it will be a cake away.
Breakfast buffet. Food as expected, the usual breakfast options. Tea and coffee station to help yourself for the unlimited tea. Good value for money. We didn't realise/ weren't told the breakfast ended at 11am on the Sunday, having arrived after 10am so only got chance for one hot drink before that was cleared away. Other than that, everything was good.
We love going to Birchwood. We usually book a table but even if you don’t, you’re not waiting long. We use the app to order our food and drinks. Kelly D served us, she was very friendly and had a lovely smile. She asked us if we needed any sauces and she came back to see if everything was right The food is excellent and atmosphere is great, nice background music as well. We have been a few times and wil certainly come back.
Wow what a beautiful pub. Food was amazing. Carvery was hot and fresh. The beef was so tendered. Pub itself nice and clean and the toilets were spotless. We had a lovely server Courtney who was so attentive and social. Will definitely be back and bring family and friends too.
Came for a carvery . Was very disappointed. Wont be returning. The meat was on ration when asked the chef if that was it he replied he cuts it by weight . He must be good to slice every slice exactly the same . Several customers complained then they said we could go back and have some more . No one did the beef was grisley .
