Its been a little while since we have been here and it appears to have had a change of staff etc., for the good I might add. We were greeted with a cheery smile shown to our table, quickly followed by a polite and courteous server. We ordered drinks, that arrived swiftly, and then ordered Turkey with all the trimmings, which also arrived promptly. The food was excellent and plentiful and we will definitely be recommending and returning again. With thanks to Addison our server and todays chef Ryan!

Enjoyed a lovely evening meal with some friends. We didn’t know until we arrived that there was live music playing tonight so it was a lovely surprise. We were seated far enough away to enjoy but not too close that we weren’t able to talk among ourselves. Food was great as always and I highly recommend the French Martini (pictured) if you’re like me and love a sweet cocktail to go along with your meal. Been here a number of times in the past, and have always had great service and fantastic food. And the added bonus of Christmas crackers on the table (which we confirmed with staff that we could crack) made for a few laughs

This can be a busy pub restaurant on a hot summers day but today it was pleasantly quiet for lunch. Quite a large pub with outside seating nicely decorated with pleasant staff. Stunning views of the English Channel & the smell of the sea enhances the location in Tescombe just 4 miles east of Brighton. The meals were excellent & today's choice was Haddock Fishcakes & Pie of the Day, Steak & Kidney. We'll worth a visit.

We stopped here on our way from Seven Sisters to Brighton and we absolutely loved. We were taken away by most of the starters so we shared a 5-6 on them instead of going for mains. The food is lovely and the view is really amazing. Place was not very busy and we got our food quite fast. Can't wait to be here again!

Very nice place to stop off and have a few cold pint on a warm day. Great views of the sea from outside seating. very friendly and polite staff. I have been here many times before but this is my first review on Google maps. Full 5 star rating ★★★★★
