Lovley old pub for a drink . We will Def come back. Nice and cosy great selection of beers and ales.
As soon as I stepped in the door I felt at home. It was a Friday night and thr atmosphere was buzzing, service was fast and staff were very friendly. Only downside was the jukebox wasn't working but comfy sofas made up for it. Would recommend!
Love it here. The bar staff are lovely and they had an awesome band (Random Beats) playing. A really fun evening a greatelection of beers.
First time back since the change over in ownership and I must say it was a decent experience.. bar staff happy and helpful.. i even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was nice and welcoming. We were fortunate to have a DJ in the evening we attended so the atmosphere was relaxed yet buzzing at the same time. However Later on the pub did start to become a little over crowded, but I think that was due to the venue, Saturday night and music... still had a very enjoyable evening, thankyou Love the turn around to Ye Olde stout house...
What a great traditional pub, Good selection of well kept ales and beers all served by friendly staff. Comfy leather armchairs and even a bar billiards table to while away the time plus the Harvey's Sussex we sampled was exceptionally good.
