Apart from a somewhat extended wait to be booked in everything else about the service and food was excellent. Large party of 12, drinks order was smooth and accurate, food very similar and everyone's food seemed to be delivered within two or three minutes. Having used the restaurant many times in the past, and on different days of the week, we all thought service and food quality were better. One evening experience might have deterred a first time visitor from returning.
It was very good and filling. Sylvia was very helpful and kind and also made sure we were okay and everything was good with our food, Decent pricing for 2 course. We will be back.
The food was absolutely delightful could not fault a single thing, delicious! I brought my mum out for dinner and she had the best time and absolutely loved her food. She said she would definitely be back. The service we received from your waiting staff was outstanding also with a happy smiley attitude, we even left our waiter a £10 tip as she was excellent! Really went above and beyond for us. Very fast service and very fast delivery of our food! Great family business with a great atmosphere :) overall extremely happy.
6 of us went there for a family meal on a Monday night and it was surprisingly busy. We had booked so got a table but there wasn't much space. We had young children with us so we didn't have a starter just the salad bar which was as good as always. We had 2 kids meals, 2 burgers and 2 steaks. The kids loved their meals and the burgers went down well. My rib-eye steak was beautiful but the other steak a rump was unfortunately undercooked and was very fatty and tough. However they replaced it and it was lovely. The desserts were great, the kids loved their Sundays! Good place for a family meal and would recommend booking.
