A proper 'Old School' pub. Warm and cosy. Always a good atmosphere. Friendly bar staff and a decent choice of Fullers ales, guest beers and pub food. Small beer garden at the rear, or sit at the front and watch the world go by.... Pool table and darts board. Occasional live music. Well run. I would recommend.
Ive been there on various occasions before and after having a meal in Chi with friends, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. It's the kind of pub a woman on her own could walk into and have a drink without having any aggro. I've not eaten there but have heard the food is very good. Best pub in Chichester.
Proper boozer, nice friendly local client. HSB ale on offer good too. In heart of the action. Seek this out for old time pub experience.
Booked a table for Sunday lunch the day before & it was all ready, with our name on it. Roast lunch with six veg was excellent, nicely served. Staff very friendly, drinks not expensive, strongly recommend.
Great local pub, lovely staff, really good value home cooked meals, dog friendly bar. Happy to recommend.
