We treated by the manager who was really friendly. The waitress was quick to take drinks order and then our food order. Food was very tasty. The salad bar was brilliant and full of fresh items. All the food was presented well and with good portion sizes. Overall great experience and we will return.
We had a lovely lunch today for 10 of us. the steak cooked medium was really nice, salad bar was well stocked and fresh. great atmosphere for families. Great service from Emily today and great food.
The salad was fresh the burger was something outstanding. Pudding wasn't too sweet and finished the meal perfectly. I had to thank the chef's personally. Service was prompt and the waitress extremely polite and efficient. Would definitely go back and have that meal again
We booked in for our works Christmas meal for the second year running. I had confirmed numbers as 13 but that had changed to 14 by the evening so I had to let the duty manager know - he said that was fine. Two tables had been pushed together for us, and it was a bit of a squash around the round table, but a nearby table had just come empty so they allowed us to use that too. It was very busy this year, much more so than last year - but the staff seemed to manage really well. We must say a massive thank you to Sophia who took our orders - she was amazing and looked after us really well. She took our orders quickly, and everything was accurate when it arrived - no hiccups at all. She kept checking on us and made sure we weren't without a drink at any point. Absolutely fantastic service!🤗 There was also another server - I think Caitlin? who was also excellent bringing our meals. Food was mostly good, although chicken dishes were slightly overcooked and dry and part of the chicken combo was a bit salty. Burgers, ribs and steaks all seemed to go down well. Everyone enjoyed the evening, a couple of our guys had a cheeky dance in the bar area while the DJ was doing his set 😁 We will definitely book again next year as it has proved really popular with our staff. Service was fab, our server was kind and very friendly. The food was great but a little greasy and bland. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The choice of food here is superb and the refillable drinks is great value. There really is something for everyone. Relaxed feeling inside with lots of seating both in the restaurant and bar areas. Great place to relax of an evening! The sundae desserts are excellent!
