Pub consists of a single wood floored room, although area as you enter via a side door is separated from rest of bar slightly by a partial wall. The corner bar dominates a comfortable, welcoming seating area.
Towards the rear is decorated by unusual tiling, along with having pictures and their frames made up from tiling on the wall. A debateable blue plaque on the wall declares "Mario Lanza Ghost Writer lives here".

Proper black country pub. Rough round the edges, full of characters, welcoming with great staff. This is how pubs should be.

We meet here from work, have a couple of pints, and go for a curry. It's a proper pub, friendly. Plenty of parking at the rear of the pub. Lovely on a cold night when they get the fire going
Visited for the first time on Sunday evening. Music was turned up way too loud with speakers right beside the bar, so had to attempt sign language to order drinks. Service was reasonably quick. Pub is really small (guess that's where the name comes from). Was unusually busy for a Sunday evening, so there wasn't anywhere to sit. Just about managed to play darts... even though were only two darts to play with. Played on the pool table in the back room too, which was rather chilly and unheated. Decent array of beers, ciders and spirits on offer at reasonable prices.
Basic interior that hasn’t been updated for some time. Open fire is nice touch and brings warmth and a homely feel to an otherwise non descript pub. Choice of ale & beer limited although prices very good.
