Large community pub. Formerly a Davenports house. Two large, comfortable indoor drinking areas; one with a pool table & two darts boards. Large TV screens showing Sky Sports News. South West facing, outdoor terrace at the front to catch the sun in the summer.

Visited to try Bad Boy Wings and was not disappointed! Everything was tasty and served hot. Definitely would recommend the visit
Been good since it’s been recently taken over. However the last few times I’ve been in all I can smell is cooking. It’s a real shame as it was looking up. And we need a decent local. But it smells like a cheap cafe at breakfast time.
Wonderfully clean & new looking bar.. food is great & excellent value for money. Cracking place with live music.
This pub was totally brilliant when Dean had the place. Once he left, the pub collapsed so to speak. No one want to go in and to be honest, I went once and never returned. Now Dean is back and so are his regulars and this is purely because he is the best. I really hope he is back for good and his loyal customers will be by his side, here or wherever he should be
A retro pub with some interesting historical photos and maps on the walls. More importantly, the ale is very good, probably due to the manager's enthusiasm. Could only stay for one due to driving, and enjoyed a very good Wye Valley JHB. Will definitely be back 👍
