Had a really good evening meal . Take an ale pie. Could not fault it . Service was good and the bar staff were very friendly. Recommend the ice cream for dessert.it is massive.
Attended the opening night of the world cup.. An excellent night, brilliant service. Lovely pint of the black stuff and beautiful (free) food to.. A great atmosphere, looking to attend on the 7th oct
Amazing food!! Especially the mushrooms. Best I've ever had! Staff are lovely, service is great and the premises are well maintained and very cosy and inviting. Food is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend going here.
I wanted to eat when I arrived around 8pm and no food available. There's a sign outside stating accommodation available: no such thing. Enjoyed a good pint and half of Guinness, and the young female bartender phoned a taxi for me. The satnav will take you on an undesirable route if walking from Anglian Way; beware of the tunnels
Really friendly atmosphere, great beer, and a lovely decor for you to enjoy anytime of day. Have a menu for some great food, and usually about £13 for a meal and a drink. Landlord is friendly along with the other staff... I will be back again..
