Welcome to the Old Moseley Arms. A beautiful back street pub, hid away in Balsall Heath, Birmingham. We have lovely open fires in the colder months, 4 screens to show most sports, a pool table, a dart board, a smoking shelter with a log burner and plenty of street parking.
We offer 5 real ales and a Tandoori Clay Oven on 7 days a week.
Lovely secluded boozer, good selection of real ales & lagers. Fantastic range of curries which are reasonably priced. Attentive friendly staff, good atmosphere. Did i mention the great food. Well worth a visit !!
Wonderful desi pub in the middle of Balsall Heath. Stopped in before a gig at the Castle and Falcon for a proper pint. They had an open fire which was a happy sight in deep winter, some delightful South Asian food, and the Ale selection was top notch. Big pub. Worth a visit inf your ever in the area. I'd go again without hesitation. 👍🏻
Awesome pub with some good ales and a cozy fire. I had a Butty Bach and a curry. The curry, I’m sure was good, but I ordered a style I’d never tried and it wasn’t my favourite, but I’m sure that’s just my taste buds! I think there was some kind of music event upstairs but I didn’t get a chance to check.
Popped in for a beer after the cricket. Great selection of beers and friendly vibe from the bar staff and patrons. Didn't get to try the curry but sure I'll be back to give it a try.
Great pub with delicious food, fireplaces and friendly service. The chicken balti was very flavourful and tomatoey, with garlic and onion. The chicken biryani was also really good with lots of curry sauce provided. Overall the food is great, it just maybe isn’t as rich or filling as others being maybe on the healthier side. The pub is cozy with lots of areas for seating but each area is small. It’s good for groups, and wasn’t too busy or long to wait for food. My only caveat was the portions were a bit small, and the food could have been a bit more flavourful.
