Really beautiful wake after a funeral. Good food and good atmosphere afterwards. Nice to have a side room as well also our own bar.

Use regularly, but 1st time for food in a long while ? Maybe even pre covid ? Food was really nice, waiting time was ok, bar service can be extremely slow on occasions ? But apart from that great bunch of people working there 👍

I have only recently started using The Journeys End and am extremely impressed with staff members. They are all polite, courteous and attentive. Louise is very professional and is thought very highly of. She makes you feel at home and comfortable, and once there you don't want to leave.

Had to clean our own table after plates were removed ten minutes later, then I had to wait for my main as the cook couldn’t understand 2 chicken platters from the screen.. my family ate before me and said they’d wait till mine came out but that would mean that theirs would have gone cold!! Chicken on eldest was burnt and dry and he said he nearly broke a tooth

Compare the same grill mixed order (same shop, in two weeks, so different in terms of food quality and service) The left one was really bad - seriously overcooked and took one hour to wait for the food serve. The server explained it was too busy in the kitchen in Saturday afternoon.
