Basic Sunday Carvery type of place attached to a Premier Inn. Service was friendly but uninspiring, food was adequate but nothing to get excited about. What really let the place down was the state of the seats around our table - ground in food. The place has a children's indoor play area which is great if you want that, I am sure, but not if you happen to be put on a table near the entrance to it. Nothing a bit of TLC wouldn't sort but I shan't be troubling them again.

Breakfast as a guest in the hotel next door. Had run out of sausages, I had the last egg (cold and old), my husband the last bacon. Mushrooms and tomatoes also cold. No decaff coffee. Had to wait for a spoon. Selection much more limited than advertised. I understand that many who use the restaurant are workers who breakfast early but there are also guests there for other reasons who also need to be catered for and we were there at 8.30am. The girl who was managing breakfast could not be located to ask for more food. Some food did appear but only as we were leaving. Shan't use it again, especially as we had paid £9.99 each in advance.

Well. Good job I wasn’t working as a secret shopper tonight specialising in hospitality !! Not much positive and a lot negative. No atmosphere. For a Friday night they were not busy. However food took forever to come. Chef lost the vegetable curry. I ask you? How can you loose it - and really the only thing on the menu for vegetarians that didn’t look like meat)!! My main was cold (re done for me). Only thing my husband could have was a Vegan burger. It was Disgusting !! The saving grace was one staff member who was named Orlando who was helpful, chatty and definitely should be in the managers post. He very much professionally defended the otherwise indefensible, whilst maintaining his own personal integrity. Which is quite hard to do.

I recently dined at the Brewers Fayre Great Park and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, I appreciated being promptly escorted to an appropriate table and the timely delivery of our food. However, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. Tables, floors, and children's high chairs still bore remnants of previous meals. It was concerning to observe managerial and other staff members lounging at the bar while patrons, including my party, awaited assistance. Furthermore, we experienced an unacceptable delay of over an hour for a child's dessert, necessitating an intervention with the manager to expedite service. Overall, this visit was unfortunately not up to the standard I'd expect from a dining establishment and left room for significant improvement

What a beautiful pub I work I a care home and we Decided to go out for a meal there was 10 of us when we turned up at great park. There was no problem with seating us at all, the staff are absolutely brilliant Nothing was too much bother. The food came out really quickly and was lovely and warm Residents really enjoyed their meal what made it even better was that the manager Debbie Took the time out of her busy day to come and say hello to all of our residents.she asked if their food was all OK and if they are having a nice time Obviously they all said yes and they could not wait to get stuck in to a pudding When the puddings came out they looked absolutely delicious at £2.99 per pudding what an absolute bargain We are now planning our Christmas party at great park and hoping to bring more of our lovely residents to this absolutely lovely pub. Thank you to all the staff Treating our residence with dignity and respect.
