Had the smothered platter very nice well cooked nice drink and dessert too
The team serving our party this afternoon were fantastic. Especially the gentleman serving us (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) who was the manager! The service we received was so friendly and accommodating, it really made our visit memorable!
On Monday the 11th of December we took our students for their Christmas lunch . We were booked for 12.30 on arrival tables were all ready then food started coming out strait away , no issues with any of the food , the students had a great time and were made feel welcomed . We are a special needs school . Thank you so much for everything you done for the students they loved every bit. Thank you again we definitely take our students there again. Chris was so accommodating when I rang to book and a lovely lady I spoke to on the day was lovely too , nothing was too much trouble . Thank you again from all the staff and a special thank from our students. 😃
Plenty of free parking here. Easy access to the pub including a ramp for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Greeted and seated on arrival by friendly staff. Food arrived after about 15 minutes, not bad for a busy Sunday. I had the mixed grill. It was well cooked and a good plate full, same for the Lasagne that my wife had. We would recommend both dishes. Very large pub, plenty of space here.
A huge scruffy pub, there to service the Premier in next door I presume. The tables, carpet and seats were dirty and seats torn. It was a Friday but there is no table service and no app to order food from the table. There was no organisation behind the bar so literally every person for themselves, although customers did queue orderly. Certainly not enough staff for such a busy night. It took me 26 minutes in a queue just to place my order. Needless to say we did not return on our second night at the hotel.
