Need to get some better staff. stood at the bar for 10 minutes waiting to be served. Lad apologizes then put glasses away after thenthen chooses to serve someone who just walked up to the bar. Was first night out in a year with my brother.
Its a large grassed area with a substantial building. This review is about the catering. The food is basic and often not well prepared. there is no organisation of the staff and it can be chaotic with no planning in evidence. It is a captive customer base but they would stand no chance of surviving in an open environment. Its such a home goal, i attend regularly and have given up with the catering
Some good facilities, could do with some maintenance (potholes filled, fence repairs, new bins). Otherwise a really nice place to take the little ones for a play in the park and look at the ducks/swans at the lake.
Shame the other 75% stall owners didn't turn up, shameful after advertising and people attending to support. But a huge thank you to the few stalls that did attend well done you all did a great job. The photos are from a lady's stall, and they were fabulous.
Visiting football team welcomed here on a misty and cold remembrance weekend. Hot drinks available. Nice to see so many large poppies adorning lamp posts throughout the town.
