Our waitress Mags and her colleague were excellent. Warm, welcoming, helpful and made us all feel very comfortable. I had a few questions and they were both very happy to help and explain. I have previously filled in a survey and I praised Mags then.
First time here. Thought we would try carvery. Food wasn't very good. Was sitting there under lights a while before we ordered. Turkey Was cut very thin. We where asked if we would like pigs in blankets. Didn't no they were £4 extra.until bill arrived For £35 wasn't good value.Wouldn't recommend. Or return for carvery. There is replys to old reviews but nothing gets done. Same poor quality months later.
First time here and didn't enjoy it. Meats were sat there for ages. Before we ordered carvery. Our mistake Turkey was cut very thin. We were offered if we wanted pigs & blankets with our meal. But wasn't informed of extra cost. At a cost of £35 wasn't very good and better meals in other places for same price. Wouldn't recommend or return for carvery.
We had a lovely family meal with people who had come from down south. The booking was made in very short notice and the restaurant made us feel very welcome. The manager and the bar and restaurant staff were great we have three young kids and they were very attentive to their needs as you can imagine toddlers can be a bit selective when it comes to food. We just all had a nice time and meal.
A lovely welcome from Liam, the staff are so friendly and made us and our little dog very welcome. The food is great and didn’t take long to be served, our dog had the chicken meal and loved it.
