Good little boozer, friendly staff and customers,very reasonable prices for drinks.
It was ok,nothing much going on tho,if you want a pint or two it serves its purpose,but not alot of atmosphere.
Stayed around the corner and popped in for what turned out to be a memorable night. Good live music was on and the pub was full of characters. Just what a local boozer should be.
Happened to drop in late evening on the way back to our b&b. And very glad we did!! Proper locals pub but very warm and friendly. Didn't feel out of place. Ladies darts match on which was an absolute hoot! Ales well kept and reasonably priced. Pleased we dropped in. Pretty sure its drinks only with no food but worth checking out.
Great karaoke on Friday nights. Ken does a fab job of keeping everyone singing with a massive variety of tunes. Sandy and Cath provide excellent bar service and friendly chat.
