We celebrated our Wedding day at The Warwick Arms Hotel on 16th January. and we couldn’t have asked for more. There were only 12 of us but they made our room so special. We can’t Thankyou enough for a wonderful day. Tracy & Greg were outstanding and we mustn’t forget The Chef for the delicious food. 10/10 from Mr & Mrs Kingston. X
Old school hotel in centre of Warwick. Rooms are quite small and lack air con but are functional. My single bed was a good size but was on the hard side. Shower lack any power. Breakfast was ample and was organised on a help yourself basis.
Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, we visited the Bar today and enjoyed their coffee and cake, very polite and friendly staff, very efficient excellent service. They had fabulous menu too.. location in Warwick with reach of the castle and town centre..highly recommended.. Definitely visit again..
Lovely location, rooms were slightly outdated and couldn't open the window fully, but a great stay overall. Staff were super helpful and always willing to help when needed. Left my bag at the hotel, and travelled several hours home before realising. Called and spoke to Damiana and her customer service was amazing, she went above and beyond to ensure my bag made its way back to me. They initially paid for the postage to post the bag back to me, but I was able to call and pay them back for this. This was greatly appreciated as I understand this is not something that they have to do, taking time out of their busy day to package up the bag and take it to be posted.
The best kept secret in Warwick. Afternoon tea is an absolute bargain at £15 per person. Our second visit today and loved it. Staff are great, from Rose on the phone to the two young ladies who served us. We were seated, by choice in the bar area and its a lovely comfortable place to enjoy tea. Got a sight of the Sunday roast, that looks an absolute steal at £15.99. We will be returning.
