The Waggon and Horses, located close to Debdale Park in Gorton and just a few miles from The Etihad, is a great community Joseph Holt pub. The building itself dates back to the early 1900s and is full of character with a lively atmosphere.
The pub boasts a full range of Holt’s award winning ales and lagers with plenty of draught product and cask ales to choose from. The Waggon and Horses is a large pub with several rooms spanning off the central bar.
If you like your sports, the Waggon & Horses is perfect for watch live action Sky Sports & BT Sports throughout the week. There’s also a good mix of entertainment to enjoy with free pool on Tuesdays, an open mic night on Wednesday, plus DJ and karaoke every Friday.
The pub is dog friendly but we ask that you keep them on a lead and off the furniture.

Belting boozer, great beer, top atmosphere and the landlady is a star. Ideal for a game of pool or darts. Very welcoming pub.
