The Victory Inn is a traditional welcoming pub sitting on a Cornish clifftop in Porthtowan. There's a great menu of locally sourced, home cooked food and as Proud members of the Good Beer Guide there's also a good choice of drinks available. There's a lovely sheltered beer garden, conservatory & pool table and the Inn is situated on the Costal Path with beautiful walks around national trust land. Dogs and families are welcome. Please note food is served 12-2.30 (3 on Sundays) and 6-9pm.
Excellent food all round. Family had variety of dishes from fish and chips, vegetable Thai curry to sea bass to name a few. All perfectly cooked. Catered for the little ones too. Beer well kept. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back when visiting again.

Lovely pub with cosy atmosphere . We had a fantastic home cooked meal and fresh prepared vegetables. Staff very friendly and accommodating . Victory pie was absolutely delicious and definitely be back again . Highly Recommended 10/10 Fantastic Steak and Guinness Pie too. Update Had various meals since in last 5 years and always great range of food and great food and staff.
Came here for dinner on the first night of our long weekend away in May and absolutely loved it! The staff were very so friendly and the whole place had such a good atmosphere. We arrived around 5.15 and we're told that food wasn't served until 6 but we got lucky and the chef started early. The food was delicious, and we loved that we could choose a smaller portion size! We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again!
The food was perfect in every way. Lovely little remote pub, away from the noise and traffic 😌. Staff were talkative and friendly to us, they made our experience to this unique pub, perfect 🥰. Overall its a lovely remote pub to get away from the crowds at other pubs. Lots of COVID-19 precautions as well.☺
