My husband & I had a fab tasty craft beer to celebrate a 1 year mark event & we absolutely love this pub. It's so gorgeous & def our fave now. If you're ever in the neighbourhood, you must treat yourself to a wonderful beer in this atmospheric pub.
We go to the Sunday quiz most Sundays. Wonderful service from Nick, Bev, and... the tall lady whose name I don't know yet, sorry! Beer is always excellent and they do the nicest ham & cheese butties and the spicy rings also deserve a mention as being a welcome quiz runner up prize.
Unique yet classic old style British pub, real ales for the proper drinkers. The young lady behind the bar was a delight and also very welcoming.
Great beer at (just about) reasonable prices and great atmosphere despite the Landlords being Man Utd fans (only disappointing thing about the pub). Great quiz on Thursday and Sundays with loads of sport throughout the year. The best pub on Lower Hillmorton road...
