Delivering a modern take on Mediterranean food and drink with influences from Spain, Greece and Italy, together with elements of traditional British cuisine.
Opening our doors in August 2018, our aim was to bring a touch of the Mediterranean to Weston. Just off the Italian Gardens, with a perfect view of the fountains, we wanted to serve up something not found anywhere else in the town.
Our food and drink is inspired by costal tastes. From thyme and orange infused gins, to Spanish and Italian tapas.

We visited Olea during the Christmas period and the service and quality of food remained very high despite the busyness! We opted for the tapas menu which was the best way to try out a few different dishes of the chefs. Wine was fantastic too! The restuarant part is located at the back of the venue, with the bar area at the front. The decor in the restaurant felt quite upscale, creating a great atmosphere. Would go back again!
I really liked the place. A wet Tuesday evening in November isn't the best time to judge the atmosphere but I had the impression that it would be a lively place to be at the weekend. The service was good - very friendly and helpful. I really liked the cotton napkins - so much nicer than paper ones. The food was beautifully cooked and presented. Unfortunately I couldn't eat all of mine because it was way too salty. My husband enjoyed his burger but also said it was way too salty. So I would definitely go back to Olea for drinks but probably wouldn't eat there again. Both our meals being too salty makes me assume that all the dishes would be the same which is a real shame.

Fantastic place with lovely decorations. Went for cocktails and tapas. Loads of choice for cocktails so highly recommend for that. Tapas was lovely. The service was superb. Only drawback for me is that it can be quite loud when it's busy as it has high ceilings.
Can't fault the drinks at all, hence the 5 stars, atmosphere was good and the staff were really friend cocktails are spot on! Thanks for a nice Sunday drink.
