Lovely staff , great place for a party
Been going there 40 years, still a great club, has various activities on at certain times including line dancing, plus musical acts over weekends, going strong as usual
Brilliant night out for a Saturday, not many working mens club now, let's keep it going.
Fantastic bowling green and surrounds. Club was good with a band on on a Monday evening. Good friendly people.
As first time visitors, we found a warm welcome to a well kept traditional social, cabaret club. The bar service and product were very good indeed with a very good and all too rare pint of Greenall's mild. The entertainment was superb, provided by The Ivy League, introduced and supported by the resident host and compere Kev James. He presented the half time bingo and game with great aplomb and also performed several numbers to a high standard, with natural charm and apparent ease, modestly describing them as a 'bit of warm up'. Its so wonderful to experience a good old Saturday night out made Great! My compliments and thanks to the Staff, Entertainers, Management and Committee for a marvelous night out.
