An immediate vacancy exists for an Assistant Bar Manager at our well established CIU Members Club.
Applications are invited from those with experience of managing staff, running cellar, stock taking, ordering and food preparation.
Applicants must be smart, friendly with a can do attitude. The successful applicant will be expected to stand in for the Bar Manager to cover holidays and additional hours sometimes at short notice. Please be aware that the role will involve working Bank Holidays and flexible hours.
