Decent enough food but we visited at lunchtime and it was freezing and the music was booming. They turned the music down kindly but then turned it up again. The fire was lit but filled the room with smoke as chimney clearly blocked so they opened the windows and it got even colder. We also all smelt of smoke. Then a local came in for a lager with his giant barking Alsatian that was allowed to put its feet up at the bar. Reasonable grub but certainly a one time only visit.
Came here for a family meal after visiting the air museum next door. What a hidden treasure. Super tasty food, super friendly staff and good value. Would highly recommend
Went here to watch the Derby game at short notice. The manager and his team provided excellent service. Friendly atmosphere, food was great. £10 for a pizza and a pint can't get better value than that. We will definitely return.
Josef, thank you for a good night and your extended team’s welcome. Dog friendly (dogs water bowl arrived seconds after our drink) and the brownies are superb! Will be back soon! Lobster perfect, steak that melted in the mouth, what more could I ask for.
Food was amazing and Joseph who served us was great so friendly couldn’t do enough and remembered us from our last visit which I felt was a nice touch. I only had a starter which was a gamberoni dish but they were happy to swap the sauce for me. My husband had garlic bread with cheese which he enjoyed and the. Fillet steak with inferno sauce for main. steak was cooked to perfection and each accompaniment was just as good. Defiantly my new go to place x
