Only visited for a pre match drink so didn't have food. The service was fast even though it was really busy. Will definitely go there again.
We had a couple of drinks in here recently with family. Fun atmosphere and the owners are lovely! Will be back!
Great traditional pub great atmosphere friendly staff very welcoming great selection of drinks on draft, bottles, spirits. Really good prices also. Also raising money for local charities on the night. We will definately go back again.
Went for a weekend to Sunderland this is the best pub we went to spent the whole evening here funny, friendly and drinks fairly priced would definitely come back here again landlords are very welcoming and lovely people thanks for making our time in Sunderland a quality night
Wowzers! What a change. Haven’t been in here for a while and it’s under new management. Been refurbed so it’s really clean (especially the toilets and carpeted area) and modern looking but still hot it’s traditional charm. Bar team are really friendly and the ales are amazing. It is dog friendly which is a real bonus. Well worth going
